To properly identify a Participant within your Activity data it is a requirement to set up your Activity to receive the Assignment ID, and it is often helpful to also store the Participant ID also.
Setting up your Activity to also receive the Demographic attributes will speed up your reporting and analysis later.
Instructions for setting up your study will vary by your choice of software. We recommend using GuidedTrack because by default it will accept any query string while most other tools require that you set them up.
Here are instructions for receiving this data on popular survey tools:
- GuidedTrack using Custom-Loaded Variables
- Qualtrics using Embedded data
- SurveyMonkey using Custom Data (free) or Custom Variables (paid feature)
