Sending Messages individually and in bulk

Positly allows you to anonymously contact Participants using our Messaging feature. This can be done individually for a single Participant or in bulk for many Participants.

To Message Participants:

  1. Navigating to the relevant Run
  2. Click on the Participants tab
  3. To message a single Participant
    1. Click the menu right next to the specific Participant
    2. Click “Send Message”
  4. To message multiple Participants
    1. Click the “Send Messages” button
    2. Paste in the relevant Participant IDs

Note
Bulk messages will send the exact same text to all participants.
